Lucy and Braden - June 2020

Lucy had such a stunning location for getting ready at. Knowing that her getting ready images with her parents were super important to her (they almost couldn’t make it because of Covid restrictions), Lucy booked the Stonehouse bar and garden. It is a dark 1800s era building with bars on the windows but has the most amazing window light streaming in which made it perfect for natural light images. I could have just kept sharing images from this part of their wedding, image after image was just gorgeous…. Before heading to the wedding, Lucy took the opportunity to have some images taken with her parents at the beautiful sandstone old courthouse buildings on the Esplanade in Darwin City.

The ceremony location at the Ski Club was super bright with the harsh sun right behind them in the sky. Only an intimate group of family and friends watched on for this - Covid restrictions unfortunately meant that some of their family and friends could not attend in person. But nothing could burst Lucy’s bubble - she was just the happiest and really easy going, beautiful bride, who was just thrilled to be marrying the man of her dreams, with her beloved parents watching on.
