• Bookings can be made by contacting me through my contact form via phone, email or Facebook. All details can be found here.

  • The booking process will allow you to secure your date, answer an initial questionnaire (ugh paperwork… I know, but it provides me with all of your key contact details and important information about your day), and pay your deposit.

    I use a management system for your booking - you will receive a link to your invoice, questionnaires, and contract, which you can click on and view at any time to see up to date information.

    My system will also issue reminders as payments fall due - one less thing to remember in the whirlwind of a lead up to your big day.

  • I generally require a deposit to secure your wedding booking and then 75% of remaining balance a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

    Your final balance is due 2 weeks after your wedding date.

    Some couples choose to spread out their payments across the time from booking in until 2 weeks after their wedding so they can budget and pay weekly/fortnightly/monthly in line with their pay dates.

  • Covid19 was something none of us ever thought we would see in our life times and the restrictions placed as a result were unprecedented.

    Hopefully, with most of the population now vaccinated (yes, I am), we won’t see such tough restrictions imposed again.

    If we do, then my policy is to work with couples to reschedule to a mutually available date with no rescheduling fees or price increases imposed (if within a year of original date).

    If we cannot find a mutually suitable date, then my policy related to government imposed restrictions is to issue a credit note for payments made to date (less the initial booking deposit fee which covers administration, planning & meeting times). The credit note can be used for other session types with me or you can transfer to a friend (or sell to someone else), but it is not redeemable for cash. My booking contract sets out this and other terms around cancellations for other reasons than government enforced restrictions.
